General Return Policy
Surveillance NY offers a limited 30 day money back return policy.
Being customer driven, we firmly believe in providing 100% customer satisfaction with all of our security products. If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products, you can simply return it within 30-days for a refund. Products returned within 7-days are eligible for a complete 100% refund. Products returned between 8 and 30 days are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
If you have any problems with anything you buy we will repair or replace the product.
There will be a 20% restocking fee on all NON-DEFECTIVE returned goods after 7 days. Refunds are only issued on unopened, unused goods. After 30 days there are no returns on any items. If free shipping was offered on any items, the customer will now be responsible for the cost of the initial shipping.
An RMA number is required for all packages shipped to Surveillance NY by a customer, or the package will be refused. If a return policy is published on a specific product's details page, that policy shall override this General Return Policy.

If once received and the product is tested and deemed non defective there will be a diagnostic fee imposed which becomes due upon return of the non defective item. Diagnostic fee will vary upon the item returned and is handled on a case by case scenario.
If the item is deemed defective in any way it will be replaced or fixed depending upon the warranty of that product.
